What image formats do you accept?

Upload an image in JPG or PNG format (maximum 5 MB file size). Use a high-resolution image (300 DPI or higher) for the best results.

How large will my image be on the golf ball?

The maximum print area is 0.75" x 0.75" to ensure a high-quality print that lasts during play. If you submit a square photo, we will crop it into a circle to fit the ball.

Can I upload a logo or text instead of a picture?

Yes! If you need custom graphics, text, or logo adjustments, email hello@biodegradablegolfballs.com with your request. We can add text, edit logos, perform photo manipulation, and create custom designs. All graphic work is done in-house, so feel free to request!

Do you print copyrighted or trademarked images?

No, we only print images you own the rights to. We cannot print professional sports logos, brand logos, or other copyrighted material.

We can refuse the right to print an image for any reason.

How long does printing take?

Custom orders are typically processed in 2 - 3 business days.

Can I expedite my order? Are rush orders available?

Yes, we offer rush processing and expedited shipping. Please email us for details on availability and additional costs.

Can I see a preview before printing?

We do not offer automated previews, but our team will optimize your image for the best print quality. If you require a print mock-up for approval, please request it when placing your order. For orders not submitted through our web form, we charge a setup fee of $100.

What happens if my uploaded image is low quality?

If your image is low resolution, we will contact you to provide a higher-quality file to ensure the best possible print.

Do you offer bulk discounts for custom-printed golf balls?

Yes! We offer discounts for large tournament orders, corporate gifts, and wholesale purchases. Contact us for a custom quote. Our wholesale pricing for custom-printed orders starts at 1,008 balls.
