Our products are designed for novelty purposes only and are not intended for professional or competitive use.

Environmental Disclaimer: We hold no liability for how you use the product. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations in your province, state, or country before use.

Guarantee of Performance: These are novelty golf balls and will perform approximately 30% less effectively than standard green-use balls. They are not a replacement for traditional golf balls.

30-day refund policy for products returned in original, untampered packaging.

$10.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

24 hours of placement unless they're custom orders. Personalized golf ball orders must be cancelled within 6 hours after order is placed.

Shipping Carriers:

UPS, USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar.

International Shipping:
Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

• Users must verify that images uploaded for customizations are owned by them or that they have obtained the necessary rights to use them.

Biodegradable Golf Canada Inc. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from product use.

Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the order.

We collect and store personal data to fulfill orders and improve services. Any images uploaded for customization must be owned or licensed by the customer. By uploading images, you grant us permission to reuse designs for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We do not offer warranties on products. All products are sold as-is without guarantees of performance.

We strive to meet all custom printing requests but cannot guarantee exact matches due to the nature of the printing process. Customers assume responsibility for ensuring all uploaded images are legal and owned by them. Printed balls can be different than the uploaded version. You understand that the print can be different from the original image you uploaded. 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before proceeding to litigation.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and pandemics.
